Iggy Azalea is coming soon to a commercial break near you. The Australian rapper took to Instagram to share a couple of pics from a new collaboration she’s working on. Iggy is teaming up with Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry and audio gear retailer Monster Products for a Super Bowl commercial, but she may need to hash out a few more details first.
Iggy joined Monster’s Segway-riding CEO and Founder Noel Lee for a presentation at the Consumer Electronics Show, an annual event offering fresh looks at cutting edge technology. Unfortunately, Monster’s presentation was lacking spell check, as she was introduced as “Izzy Azalea” by Noel and the on-screen presentation.
No hard feelings, though. Iggy shared a pic of herself and Joe with Monster’s eccentric executive on Instagram. The trio all smiled for a camera other than the one that took the pic Iggy posted.
If the company can manage to get her name right moving forward, this could be the beginning of a beautiful sponsorship. Or at least it might help pay off her outstanding credit card bills.
